In placing your order please keep in mind that the calendars are are all “one of a kind” and may require a little more time to complete than the original estimate given to you. All photos will be returned to you with your finished calendar. Please number all photos on the back so there is no confusion as to the exact placement of each photo in the calendar. The photos chosen for the large monthly photos for the month should be at least 4” x 6” for best results. Please print out and fill in all of these forms for mailing, and please include an email address if you would like to be contacted to verify receipt of your order and notified when your order is shipped. |
